Charles D. Lueck, Ph.D.
The creator of Dhynosoft's innovative approach to technical market forecasting is Dr. Charles D. Lueck. He brings with him over twenty years of experience in industry and holds numerous patents in the areas of digital signal processing and computational mathematics.
A talented research and development engineer by profession, he holds four engineering degrees, including M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering. His skills have been widely sought-after by major tech giants such as IBM, Texas Instruments, and Apple. As Chief Technical Officer at Dhynosoft, Dr. Lueck directs all major technical activities within the company.

Stephen J. Kay, MBA, B.Sc. (Hons), C. Eng., (PE), M.I.E.E.,
is a graduate engineer from the City of Nottingham, U.K. and is registered as a Chartered Engineer with the United Kingdom Council of Engineers.
OSCAR: In 1999 Mr. Kay was awarded the prestigious Academy Award for Scientific and Engineering Achievement (Sci-Tech OSCAR) by A.M.P.A.S. - the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Science.
Prior to forming K-Tec Corp. in 1990, Mr. Kay was previously employed by ARAMCO, Saudi Arabia, and Schlumberger, France/USA, as a Power System Design Engineer for the design and construction of low and medium voltage power systems. Mr. Kay has traveled extensively throughout the world in the practice of his profession.
In 1990 Mr. Kay formed the K-Tec Corporation primarily as an international small business management and engineering consultancy specializing in all aspects of small business development from formation, through development, and finally to merger and/or acquisition.
